Dark Heart Coffee Bar

Best.Mocha.Ever. (I get mine with nut milk, honey water and a sprinkle of black salt). Great atmosphere, awesome staff, best coffee, delicious Kombucha mimosas...I could go on and on, but you should just experience for yourself!

This place is fantastic. Customer service is on point. They forgot a drink of ours during a busy minute, we were not at all bothered, but they gave us a gift card no questions asked.nnThe drinks were all delicious. I've been really, really into coffee in Australia and the US for 20 years and the smokey mocha is a highlight for me. Get it. It's amazing.nnThe coffee was delicious, service was very friendly and inviting. Literally cannot fault the place and we'll be making another trip to Loveland specifically to go to Dark Heart many times from now on!

Solid place. But clinically hipster if that makes sense.nnThe patio is a bit hot and could definitely benefit from a fan or somehow shading it more with all the metal would help as the summer hits. It’s overall a bit pricey but I think that comes with offering some things like nitro cold brew (and $12 chocolate bars). If you want to go with that really premium experience, you might try adding some more “process” type stuff throughout to help people navigate the menu a bit more. With the front area being so tight, it’s easy to feel rushed and miss out on walking people through the menu the first time the come in since the employees clearly know their stuff and are friendly but aren’t necessarily jumping to helping you navigate the menu and specialties as you might expect with “Coffee Bar” being in the name.nnThis is the kind of spot I REALLY want to love but frankly I walk in and it just feels like the environment feels like I’m just not hip enough for it for some reason. They’ve put a lot of effort into the design/ logo, it feels like a waste to have it not connect.nnLittle things like giving out stickers, changing up the music/ volume i think would help this place deliver on its potential.

Very warm and welcoming staff. Food and drinks were excellent and service was unmatched. Place is very comfortable and covid guidelines were followed well.

Wish I could've just hung out here for a while. Super cool atmosphere and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Had the Matcha Blossom Latte and it was the best Matcha latte I have ever had!!! I joking asked if they sold their matcha blend so I could take it back home with me and the barista explained that unfortunately they didn't but went on to tell me what to look for to make a good matcha. Every informative! Loved it! So good that today was my second trip to the place! Also had their Ham and Gruyere Croissant, amazing as well! Next time I'm in Loveland will definitely be visiting again.
