William Oliver's Publick House

I love this place. Quaint pub with good food and great selection of spirits. The wait staff and bartenders go out of their way to make things great under Covid Restrictions which makes business difficult at best. Give this place a chance as all bar, pubs and restaurants are doing everything they can to make things as normal as we are used to. The appetizers are wonderful and I love the bacon (who wouldn't)!

Love this place. We like to come over and enjoy a cocktail or scotch and snack. Now that it's warming up we'll spend time on the patio

What a delightful pub and food experience. The decor is tastefully done and the menu is exciting; especially if you love bacon and the like! Their Pint-O-Bacon is legionary, 5 strips of thick cut bacon with a shot glass of extremely amazing maple syrup. Their Chips & Dip come with astounding salsa, guacamole, and nacho cheese that leaves your mouth watering. The Potato Beer Cheese Soup (whether you fancy a cup or a bowl) is made with the wonderful Oscar Blues Dale's Pale Ale and topped with their thick cut bacon crumbles, what a fabulous treat! The employees are attentive, helpful, and kind; you'll feel well cared for. This is a place to come check out and return often.

Good food and great bourbon and whiskey cocktails. Atmosphere was chill and pretty nice for being one of the only restaurants in town open when we pulled in.nnThe Cobb salad was delicious, and I really enjoyed their Irish Manhattan.nnThe hostess was very friendly and explained all of their safety precautions before seating us, which was refreshing. Our server was attentive and gave us plenty of breathing room. I'd love to visit again next time I'm in town.
