Elliot's Martini Bar

Elliot's is my favorite place to get a drink in Fort Collins! Martinis are delicious, fun and unique. The food options are all incredible, and the atmosphere is cool and fun! The prices are good and all the food and drink is so delicious - this is one of the first places I recommend to people!

Had the honey peach martini which was delightful! The staff was friendly and attentive and the spinach artichoke dip was amazing. Great happy hour prices too!

Very helpful staff, nice patio, clean everywhere, on top of great drinks with something for everyone. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice evening with a date or friends.

Great drinks but seating is a nightmare. One waitress told us a table was open. Once seated We were then told we had to leave or wait outside as the table was “reserved”. There was no sign or indication the table was reserved. If you are going to hold reservations hire a hostess.....

Great drinks, atmosphere & service. I always bring visitors here and they love it as well. Complies with covid regulations.
