The Imogene Hotel and Rooftop Bar

20/10 recommend The Imogene! My family and I drove from Texas to visit Colorado and we had the most amazing experience. The rooms are beautiful and the rooftop bar was beautiful at night. Rich made our experience so enjoyable and I literally can’t even think of one thing that went wrong. Definitely will be coming back.

Okay so let me start off by saying the hotels finishes are amazing and unique and very clean. BUT the best thing was Rick! He was unstoppable with his customer service, super friendly and helpful, and went to extreme lengths to make us feel comfortable. He literally did everything from checking us in, bartender, tour guide etc. we had about 5 rooms for my elopement wedding

Definitely a must stay in Ouray! Very up to date establishment, nice clean rooms, and an amazing view! Lots of things to do and explore very close by. Rich was an amazing host as he made my family and I feel very welcome on our stay, can’t wait to be back!

Wonderful experience overall. The decor is on point, the service is wonderful and the sauna was exactly what we wanted after a day on the mountain. I can not recommend this place enough.nnThe room was clean and new. The bedding was very comfortable. The views from the windows were majestic. The sauna is wood fired and very authentic. We love this place and will stay here again for sure.

Very great establishment! Awesome view from the hotel windows! And the bar is great! Drinks were really good and service was awesome! Rate 11/10
