We were extremely impressed with this facility. The physician and attendees were very friendly and the facility was very clean. We were in and out in no time. Please note that there is an x-ray machine available at this location whereas most urgent cares do not obtain one. I would highly recommend this urgent care facility for not only adults but also our children.

Every single person we met was kind and courteous, extremely professional. They gave my 3yr old daughter the very best care. I wish this could be my regular doctor’s office. Great staff!

Needed an xray for a child, but it wasn't an ER kind of trip. Recommended by child's primary care office, and they were wonderful. Quick in and out with online appointment scheduling, accepted state insurance coverage, very kind to my child. I highly recommend them.

My initial experience at urgent care was great. I felt very safe the whole time and was seen by Karol Nimick for an allergic reaction. Karol was wonderful and seemed to truly care about the swelling/redness/discomfort I was feeling. Karol suggested a low dose steroid first, but warned me I may need a longer prescription if I didn’t see results. I was assured that I could call back in that night and get the prescription if I needed it. After leaving multiple messages and waiting for hours I finally got a call back letting me know that the new doctor wanted me to wait 24 hours before prescribing the additional steroid. Again, I was assured that I wouldn’t need to come back in, I could just call back the next day and they would send in the prescription. I reluctantly agreed. After waking up for the 4th day in a row so swollen I couldn’t open my eyes, I called back. This time I was told that they won’t give me the prescription unless I come back in to be reevaluated. I am incredibly frustrated. If that was the protocol all along, I would have very much appreciated being told. I feel like I was just given the run around when they had no real intention of sending me in the prescription I needed. This should have been a straightforward treatment and instead I now have to wait to get into see my GP to hopefully get some relief.
