After being told I would be okay to have my son with me, when I arrived for my oncology appt; I was told my son, my 11 year old would have to wait outside!! Um, no, that is not acceptable, they are okay with putting my child in a potential dangerous situation , they're supposed to be caregivers and this was so far beyond what their objective should be. Needless to say, didn't go to my appointment as I was not willing to take that risk, hopefully nothing has changed with my cancer ....but clearly this isn't their concern, to say I am disappointed is an understatement
