My beer was good and the atmosphere was nice! But they were out of almost all of the food and it took 1.5 hours for us to get our sandwiches. Our waiter seemed very distracted. I am pretty sure all of the food was made in a truck behind the restaurant that was hooked up to an unregistered propane tank. All of this aside, I would probably give it another try.

Great food, great atmosphere, great beer. If you like all three of these, it is definitely a spot to knock back a few with friends or family. Pet friendly outdoor seating so you can bring your fur children as well.

Colorado pint day! Enjoyed a delicious Hive Mind honey beer and elk jalapeño brat. We always enjoy the beer, food and atmosphere at Wild Blue Yonder!

Wonderful!! I am so happy that more breweries are popping up in Castle Rock and I would HIGHLY recommend this one. The staff was very nice and friendly and we had a couple of good conversations. On top of a wonderful staff, the food and beer was phenomenal!! I’m a huge sour and light beer person and it was very nice to have a couple of options to choose from. I would highly recommend getting the soft pretzel as it is so tasty and has the best beer cheese to dip in. Very happy we stopped in here and I will definitely be returning!
