Applebee's Grill + Bar

Food was good, service was great. Music on the other hand was loud and annoying. There was not one customer In the store that would appreciate pop dance music. Even the servers found the choice of music terrible at best. Hip hop was playing when we walked in. No hip hop people were in the restaurant.

Had a good experience, my only real comment is about our server Jason. He was very nice, making jokes, however he made it clear he has some health issues. When he introduced himself he let us know he was recovering from a hip surgery so he'd be moving slow, which we appreciated. But he continued to talk about his medications, at one point he stepped down and hurt his hip. Somebody with issues like these probably shouldn't be working. We are praying for his health and his recovery.

I just love this location and people working there! The happy hours is so cool, the food is tasty, the beer is cold and clients are usually super friendly as well!

Randy was excellent. Food was very good, very. A glitch, we walked in and at least 4 employees saw us and nobody walked to greet uscat the door. Two minutes went by and Randy sat us... And also waited on us. 10 points for Randy for been an outstanding server and ambassador to Applebees. !!!

It took an additional 20 minutes (and 2 phone calls) PAST the pickup time to get my food, even though there were only 5 tables of people inside. While the food was good, the chicken wonton tacos did not have the lime wedge, which helps the wonderful taste. This happens a lot! Applebees needs to make sure orders to go are EXACT!!! We don't know anything is missing until we get home.
