Chili's Grill & Bar

I came in on Monday March 15th to dine in with my wife and there was a huge wait; apparently they were short staffed because everyone but one waitress and one cook called out because of the snow storm the previous day. We waited 40 minutes to be seated, because they were fairly busy the whole time we waited for a table and even while dining, the manager I think her name was Lina, was bouncing around back and fourth waiting on different tables, cleaning tables and seating guests with what seemed like little to no help. She was still so polite, courteous and professional; not only to us, but to everyone.This young woman deserves a raise in my opinion. We were both really impressed by her and we really appreciated her great customer service.all and all we ended up enjoying our afternoon together and will recommend this location in the futureud83dude42

Oh my gosh! It was amazing! Our waitress was so so sweet. I didn't catch her name but she had blonde hair and a black mask with rhinestones on it. She was so sweet and kind. The food and drinks were incredible as well. I order a strawberry lemonade with the original chicken crispers and they were to die for! I one hundred percent would come back!

Great food. Portions are big so you could share a lot. Had great service at the Parker location. Have been her multiple times. Seems well ran.

Chili’s always has a great meal for a great price. Tonight, the service was beyond exceptional. At a limited capacity, the waitstaff has more of a chance to watch over their tables. Very COVID friendly as well.

Our sever was on the ball and energetic. They were great! Even during a busy hour.
