The atmosphere is great! Big fireplace inside that you can feel the heat from and extremely nice booths. Great drink selection. I got a nice IPA and my wife got a mango tea. Salad wash cut fresh and our meals were delicious with a good amount of lobster in both. We will definitely be going back when we have more time to just chill

Second time here and actually a little bit worse. We were seated immediately but it took about 14 minutes to get drinks ordered in an appetizer. Another quarter of an hour before the drinks were served. The couple next to us was seated before us and we received their drinks. An honest mistake. The soft pretzels were really good but my girl got a chicken sandwich with a sweet sauce on it that tasted like funfetti. The place look like it was adequately staffed for the amount of tables but the service was pour at best. Probably won't be back for a while.

Good food, good environment, definitely need to work on the service. Took 5 minutes to acknowledge us at the door. No pre-bus for hours. Bar tender never helped the one waiter in staff. No sign of manager?nnThis could be a favorite if it got fixed!

Get the brussel sprouts, they are amazing! Unfortunately the website is NOT updated with the actual menu they serve as of right now. So be careful if you see something you like online before you go in!

Horrible service. Ordered to go, took 45 minutes while the manager sat next to me talking to another person about his home purchases and his small staff was running around busy. Finally got my order and completely wrong. Have to spend another 20 minutes waiting for the right order. Manager finds time to come over to ask if he can help. No, could have helped while you were not managing your store or orders. Told him I would write a review and he was completely fine with that. Tried to reach out to their corporate office, numbers disconnected - not surprised.
