Didn’t have a table reservation but was offered immediate bar seating. Nice selection of beverages. A few nice appetizer options and a few specials that sounded great. Had a nice little Caesar salad with great dressing. The pasta is legit, made there and fresh. Red sauce was great...very pungent with good flavor, oregano and some red pepper zip to it. Great sausage and meatballs. Nice basket of bread too. It was all in a nice little cozy spot with jovial employees that chatted amongst each other and with patrons but didn’t slack. Food came out quick but not pushy quick. The dudes that work there were cool guys (chatting up my kid about skiing) and the chicks that work there are definitely cuties with a good attitude. Like Arnold...I’ll be back.

Great Italian food and service (I should know my grandparents were from Italy and were very serious about their food.). Very generous portion sizes, good bread, nice wine list. Small intimate setting and the staff was outstanding. All around great experience. My dinner was off the charts excellent.

So the place was good except one thing. I have kids and we ordered food and the kids asked for extra bread. So anyway, I’m paying for pick up and the lady reads back order and she never said extra bread. I mentioned it to her again and she kindly goes in back and requests this. I hear the chef tell her I should have went to Olive Garden.nI never asked for any free anything period!!nI should’ve went to Olive Garden as they top this place with respect and the bread sticks are better anyway.nGo up to poncho springs, good food and better people

Amazing service, amazing fresh food, and the best pasta in Colorado! Every time I come to salida I always make a reservation here. Definitely a must try!!!

My boyfriend and I stopped in here for dinner and WOW. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We ordered grilled artichoke and crab cakes for an appetizer and they were both 10/10. The artichokes comes with homemade marinara and tartar sauce - unexpected and delicious! We ordered the meatballs with linguine and the bison ravioli on special. Both DELISH. The homemade bread that comes with the entree is so good that we finished the entire basket. You must order the fresh pasta!!
