Closer then any other pet store. So I end up here for cat food. The lady at the cash register... I think her name was Amanda, could be a little friendlier ... watched customers come up and ask her questions and she came off rude. Hardly spoke to me so I was fine. Other then that my cat food was on sale so all is good. :)nnCame here again to buy fish. Guy couldn't be bothered, then told me that he can not sell me four fish only three. I have an empty 10 gal tank that we have been prepping for days.. I'm starting for my daughter (who was there when he said no). It's buy three get one free. Everyone here seems to have attitude. Not a friendly store. I'll drive the extra mile or two to another pet store.

I love it! I always come here to get food for my toad and I never have any problems. Theres a wide variety of pet accessories and food for your pets. 10/10 highly recommend coming here!

If you ever call to make a grooming appointment and no one answers.. it’s because they sit there on their personal phone and ignore the store telephone ringing in the back. The rest of the store is lovely but their grooming department is lacking.nAlso my grooming appointment time was changed twice.

The Petco in Lemon Grove is the best in san Diego county! As I walked in, I noticed there was no animal odor! That alone is worth a million stars! The store is always clean and well stocked. If an item is unavailable, the staff is aware and knows approximately when it should arrive. Bree is an amazing employee! She is well versed on products and was efficient and professional! I honestly can say that I have never been as comfortable and well received at any other pet store ever. I highly recommend this store in particular. (Please send someone to help the Fletcher Parkway store. Customer service is severely lacking there and not very well stocked.) Thanks for being the perfect place for people to shop for their pets! Best experience ever!

My job brings me to places that I usually we can go to like Petco I don't know pets so I know nothing about Petco three stars on their friendly service
