That was easy!nThey have a great system to quickly and painlessly test a lot of people. I'm not sure I was even there 10 minutes. In and out. The staff was friendly and appeared to be taking all precautions to protect themselves and their clients.nGot my results in way less than an hour.nI would highly recommend testing here if needed.nPS. COVID negative!nn...this time :)

Very friendly staff. Polite and explains everything make u feel comfortable. It was easy process even thoughts didn’t register before we went.

For 150 dollars I think things should at minimum be punctual and organized. I had a preset appointment for 11:00 and was not tested over 50 minutes after my given time. When I first pulled up there were signs to direct, however I was told they were running a little behind so to wait in my car for no more than twenty minutes (which ended up being 55). Finally, I noticed the men directing cars to go get in the testing line, begin to send cars that had just arrived rather than sending the people (including myself) that had already been waiting for 55 minutes. When I realized this I rolled my window and asked what was going on and the man said, “ oh yeah you have been waiting right? Go ahead and go down now.” By this point it was a race to see who could get out of the parking lot first. By this point I’m frustrated. Then I drive down and have to wait once again to get tested, given that they sent every single person at the same time to get tested rather than by their given appointments. It was disorganized and there was a lack of communication. The only reason I give It a three was because the nurse that did my test was so extremely nice and apologetic for the wait. But if you’re in a rush and need a quick appointment this is not the place to go. (I went to the Grossmont location). However, once I finally got tested I did receive my results rather quickly.

The test was quick. No line and even though they said I should receive results back in 30 mins it took about only 10 mins. The staff was super nice from the person who verified your name to the tech to did the testing. Definitely would go back.

Hello my name is Marina, I was scheduled an appointment! But just for preventative long waits, I went earlier, there was no waiting lines! Lucky me! I was greeted by Joshua, he printed my labels and send to the back where I was told by a young lady, that they runout of flu-shots and that they can only test for Covid19, but that the money paid was going to be partially refunded! My test was done, I left, when I got to the shopping center parking lot, I had an answer! Yes that fast! My company really got their money’s worth! Great news I am Covid19 negative for now! Lucky me!
