I see a few not so good reviews on here but my experience was quite pleasant! I went in twice this week, once for an annual check up and then again for blood work and was well received by the entire staff. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient. And doctor Chuka was absolutely great as well. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic!
Staff here are horrible. 0 coordination between the center you must call and the actual physical office. I set an appointment and was told to show up at a certain time. I made it at the time and the front desk lady Laura Ruiz was extremely rude. She was told me she didn’t know what I was talking about and was unable to answer my questions. She was also smiling tellling me that there was nothing she could do. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. If you have medical, know that you have many options for your health care provider. DO NOT GO TO FAMILY HEALTH CENTERS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR THE REASON YOU ARE AT THEIR OFFICE.
The staff was incompetent only there for a paycheck don’t really care for there patients they send my meds to the wrng address every month despite the fact that I given them the correct location on numerous ocassions
Little parking. Different receptionist each time I am here; the one today is wearing enough fragrance for me to drown* and my eye is feeling irritated. First visit, the front desk had no one and I called to the back but no one came up.nn* claimed she wasn't wearing any but the waiting area is saturated with the smell.
Been here twice to get my foot looked at and both time the doctors acted like they cared but I'm reality they didn't. Told the first time I might have a blood clot and if I get shortness of breath to run to hospital and I would need a ultra sound well I got the referral bit then each time twice I called for appointment they needed more information finally went to ER to find out no clot. Then I tried again again another referral for ultrasound. Waited two week called for status come to find out no request was made. So I sit her with pain and swollen foot and they don't care.
