I’ve always seen this clinic since it’s close to my house. my grandparents go there and always have said good things about it. I lost my insurance this year and was looking for a place to go. They recommend I go here and I don’t regret it. The doctors and nurses are amazing. Everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend this place for someone with or without insurance. As I’m reading other reviews I see people mentioning about the people that go there. Who cares! We are all there for medical needs look the other way.

I am planning to switch clinics after three years because I have to wait 3 or 4 weeks for primary doctor. Also people on the phone are very rude. I don't recommend any person for this clinic. Instead of visiting my primary after emergency room visit they expected me to wait a month. I will file legal action regarding this and making difficult for patient to set up soon appointment. I file for complaint to the state and possible move on to discrimination. The way the clinic treats patient is criminal.

Everything you might need seems to be right around the corner from each other. Emergency, imaging and radiology, the hospital and etc are all in the same vicinity which definitely saves you time. They only have valet parking which can be pretty pricey so I usually park right across the street at the beverly center mall that holds loehmanns, macy's and other stores. It costs $1 for every two hours I believe which is amazing for that area. It's just a few minutes walking from City Heights Family Health Center.

I went to get a Women's wellness yesterday. I thought temperature would be taken upon entry. Never had temp check either before entry or during my appt. It took almost two hours to finish appointment. I was so anxious being their anyway. Mostly, surprised that no temp was taken.
