First off the messages that they are too often cut off or unhearable or they say the number so fast its not understandable. Its very difficult to actually make an appointment.nMy doctor was very rushed to the point were I could go over my breathing problems. I need an inhaler and needed an approval but now I have to wait until the end of the month for an inhaler.nBut the other things she did set in place are very helpful and much appreciated.

I went for an appointment for a pap, while having this done was talking with Dr. Rose about whether I wanted more children or not since I was not on a contraceptive. I described I was married and we weren't trying to have another child, but IF we were to get pregnant, we would be ok with it. My doc decides to ask if we were financially able to have another child. I mean, is that any of your business? I spoke to another doc at a different location and they even said they would just ask their patient if they could see themselves having kids with their current partner if they were to be pregnant. Sounds like a more reasonable question. Then, I was supposed to have a follow up call to go over my labs. My original call got moved the day after b/c my doc went home early for not feeling well. Ok fair, but when I get 2 check in calls and then the 3rd call is with a PA and she asks me what I want to go over.... My understanding was that MY doc wanted to go over MY results with me, not ME needing to ask about my results. I get that it's my health, but for my doc not to even leave any instructions or notes for my appointment or not even talk to me, which is the reason why my appointment was moved in the first place, makes me very irritated/frustrated with my doctor. I'll be looking for a new doctor since I should feel comfortable talking with my doctor about my life, not feeling judged or being put off like my appointments don't matter.

The staff at the lab and covid vaccine were very compassionate and understanding with my son who is scared to needles because of his autism. Thank you so much for being kind!!!!

First of all this clinic is not run in a timely manor. Why make an appointment and show up early just to sit for over an hour before you see a doctor anyway!? My main concern with my visit to this clinic is that I was showing flu like symptoms and was exhausted but I was still waiting to see a doctor for more than an hour when the nurse told me there was only 1-2 patients ahead of me. Finally after waiting so long for help, my doctor didn’t even say hello to me, was rude to me, and overall clearly did not care to be there. Not only do I not truly know my diagnosis, but the doctor just guessed as well, prescribing me SIX items to possibly cover all the bases? Either way he was in an out of my room in a flash so I’m wondering what took so long in the first place if he regarded all his appointments like that. Every time I go to this health center I am disappointed further and further. I would name names but who knows maybe my doctor was having a bad morning too. I also asked the doctor and a nurse for a note for school, and was never told where to go or who could give it to me. I couldn’t spend any more time there feeling sick and disoriented so I left without a note. At least I have a date of service listed on my many prescriptions. Here’s hoping they make me better and not worse!
