Open after 7 pm! Was able to get puppy milk and a feeding syringe for 20.00 in all. Very reasonable prices and an exceptionally helpful young man working there! He was able to locate what I needed right away and checked me out after. They always have the hard to find toys at this store as well.

I ordered online for pick up. I saw on the confirmation email that they offered curbside pick up so I decided to do that because I ordered a heavy bag of dog food and there was a long line wrapping around the building to get in.nnThere were no designated pick up parking spots. I parked and called the store and was automatically put on hold for 3 minutes before it started ringing. It rang for another 2 minutes or so before I gave up and decided to go into the store.nnI waited in line for 15 minutes before deciding to ask the employee at the front door if there was a faster way to pick up my order since I'd already paid and everything. They asked if I had called the store? and I said yes but no one answered. They then radioed for someone to come help me, but it took another 5 or so minutes before I was allowed into the store (at this point I would have gotten in anyway just from waiting in line) and told to go to a booth up front.nnThere was no one checking out so I'm not really sure why I wasn't allowed to just go in to the checkout area like the email instructions said.nnThen the employee who did confirm that I was the correct person for pickup didn't even offer to carry the heavy bag to my car. It wasn't a huge deal because I'm capable of doing it myself, but it was just one more annoying thing.nnThe plus was my order was ready to pick up very quickly.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I went in to buy $150 set of clippers and the staff told me they wouldn't work for a cat so they suggested some $18 curved shears. Most places would have let me spend the $150 and I might have injured our cat because the shears had too large of a blade. I only wish I'd have asked the lady who helped me, she had no name tag. She had no name tag because she had just finished her shift and was leaving but stopped to help me; she even checked with a groomer to be sure. Fantastic customer service and I will be back AND tell people I know.

I called ahead of time and was trying to make an appointment for my dog the lady on the other end s told me to come right on in there was vacancy to bring the dogs paperwork. So I drove across town to get here and the lady was very rude at the check in for the grooming she sat there all arrogant and went through all the paperwork and we clearly told me that none of this was good so I kept saying okay but her arrogance I believe was inappropriate she was cocky and just holier than now totally unprofessional considering she's the same person that told me to come in only to tell me oh I can't help you you got to leave I will most likely be looking for another place to do my shopping for my chihuahua
