Love this place! So convenient and staff and owners are very helpful. Recently bought some Boss Dog Frozen Greek Yogurt from here. My Boston Terrier loves them. Several flavors to choose from. Perfect treat for him. Will definitely buy more on the next visit!
Best service I have EVER experienced! The owners and employees take their time to understand any issues regarding your pet and always have a helpful solution. Liz is so kind and goes out of her way to make me feel welcomed, Javier has helped me train my pup with anxiety and has AMAZING tips, and Hailey is always ready to give me great suggestions for treats and food. Love this place, will shop here forever!!!
They’re very professional the store was well organized but the people working behind the counters are in the store are very knowledgeable about animals. I love this pet store so friendly so knowledgeable and the prices are good
They are always helpful and friendly and they carry hard to find brands in store.
We recently moved to Highland and tonight I realized we were out of dog food. I hopped in the car prepared to drive to Redlands. A quick google map search lead me to Pet Empire just .3 miles away. Javier and the young lady at the counter were very knowledgeable and made a few suggestions for food and bones. We will definitely be back. Gus, our Bassett Hound chowed down the food and is working on one of his new bones as I type this. Thanks Pet Empire!
