The man in the fish department was amazing. He has 5 tanks at home and gave really helpful advice with buying live plants and a lot of tips to keeping a healthy aquarium. I didn’t get his name but he was extremely helpful.
Well organized and clean. I needed a basic leash because we forgot ours after leaving on a trip. They had just what we needed and several choices/sizes available. Not a long wait to check out. Great experience overall.
The girl who helped me was very helpful and kind. We wanted to price match with the sale price online. She honored the price. I had a question about how to bring in aquarium water to be tested and she was very detailed and thorough in her response and got me exactly what I needed.
Chris was awesome at helping walk me through the process of buying a pet for my son. Very knowledgeable, patient and helped reinforce the choice as the correct one. Prices are a bit high but I view it as supporting a place that takes care of pets.
We went in this store to try and find a bird. We found the birds but there were over 20 in a cage I didn't thing was big enough to house them all. I don't know if that's just the cage they are in for the day and get a different cage at night. Anyway none of the birds caught my eye. They all looked the same! The colors weren't vibrant or anything. Also we could not find one worker to help us. We had to wait in line just to ask a question. Also a big space by the bird section was taken up by the dog trainer. Overall this might be a good place to get toys but not a bird.
