Second time I have been there this month and employees not enforcing mask rules.nI am switching stores
Customer service used to be really slow and there are still employees that could use some retraining, but this place has improved during the pandemic. Their in-store stock is great and their employees have been much faster than before at fetching crickets and fish. The fish tanks got major upgrades and the fish themselves look much healthier than they used to. Great job, Petco! This place might actually give the Petsmart a few blocks away a solid run for its money now.
Always have the best experience at any Petco is why I usually shop there before anywhere else. There is one gentleman at the cash register who is 100% rude and way out of line as far as conversation goes and overall general information about questions that I have. You would think he is the sheriff when really he shouldn't even have a job being a janitor.
The best and affordable place for all your pet needs. Also has a veterinary staff too.
They are highly knowledgeable about all of their goods and can assist you in locating precisely what you need. I highly recommend this shop!
