I was so new to the tiny toy breed and Thomas and Leah are your go to people! Thomas was empathetic, thoroughly relevant, informative, patient, & Personality plus when it came to talking to me regarding everything I needed to know. I’ve known Leah from my prior lg. Yorker/Skye pup, And to hear how many different ways they can help you through the Vital-care program really helps put you at ease that they are there for the community whether there is a pandemic or not!. They have vaccination clinics and classes that are reasonably priced. Make sure you catch their coupons and their holiday sales as well and would I like the most is their grooming staff understands that during a pandemic we all need to make sure we have our companions, and if they see it they said kindly.

My dog was recently diagnosed with chronic heart disease. I couldn't find certain food I wanted/needed to feed him because of his condition. There was a young lady there that was extremely helpful by suggesting what I could feed him until I found what I was looking for. I was very pleased with her suggestions and am thankful for all of her help!

We had the most awesome young man help us pick our fish and explain what we needed. I will be back. I didn't get his name but he's so cute and tall with a head full of curly brown hair ud83dude0a

this is the first time ever I given a store 1 star. I try to return an item that is still brand new in a box. However during the pandemic, I couldn't return the item. The employee stated that I couldn't return it and it should be good until december but when I came to this store. The employee flat out refuse me. I even told her that it is still brand new and I couldn't return it due to this pandemic stuff. She still flat out refuse me.nnSo I call their customer service because I was so upset about this. The customer service was wonderful and help me out. I explain to the customer serivce what happen and he gave me credit and explain to me that they could have store credit the product which I wouldn't mind since I come to petco so much. I gave the customer service 5 stars but the store assoicate 1.
