So far so good, came 2 hours to see the shop, very busy as it should be with such cool things to see, I made a good purchase and the owners seemed like good honest people, 5 stars until I see different!

Due to unforeseen circumstances my daughter had to give up her two Australian tree frogs. After calling all around RI for almost a week to find a forever home for them, 401 Reptiles were recommended to us. I didn't even have to explain the entire situation to the gentleman on the phone, he said they would be happy to take them and find a suitable home for them. When I arrived the young man was so incredibly knowledgeable about the tree frogs and was impressed at how well kept the frogs were. He assured me he knew just the client that would love to adopt them. He patiently listen to me tell him about the frogs and my daughter's relationship with them and I was able to go home and confidently tell my daughter they would be taken care of. He was able to alleviate the stress my daughter and I had. I'll recommend them a million times over. Thank you 401 Reptiles.

Owner was not wearing a mask and was coughing all over the place. He was not covering his mouth when he was coughing and I felt very unsafe.
