Good experience
Thursday night and I was craving steak. So of course I went to Chili's and had the 6oz sirloin with asparagus. And the chocolate chip cookie skillet for dessert (free with my rewards). The food was excellent as always. Chili's is still taking COVID-19 seriously. And Jimmy was very helpful and friendly.
Went with my mother she ate here for the first time and loved the loaded potatoes and she got a steak and she said she hadn't had a steak this good in a while I ate southwest egg rolls one of my all time favorite from chillis and some Buffalo fingers both excellent server was very nice and attentive wasn't so crowded nice amount of people socially distant
Usually ok.. found a chunk of what looks like glue inside the food I ordered. I know stuff like this happens sometimes but this is the 2nd time..nnEdit 1/28/21 - Out of the last 4 times I ordered here, only 1 order was correct and without foreign objects. This time, ordered fajitas only to get half of my order, forgot some food. Called and spoke to manager, who told me there was a lot of new people working in the kitchen. Was told I would be refunded, a week later, no refund. Not going to bother again. Way to many places that make fajitas that could use the business.
