Great BBQ place with a wide range of options. The wait staff was very polite and accommodating. The atmosphere was casual and relaxing. The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and came in good portions. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The four stars are for the excellent customer service turning a bad situation good. I put a huge order in and expected to not have to check every bag as if it were McDonald’s to see if I had everything. Low and behold I was missing at least two sides. I drove from Norwich CT on my way home to Providence to feed the troops who were waiting, so when I didn’t get what I paid for we were all disappointed. The manager in charge Jay took complete ownership of the situation and made it right and I am very pleased that someone like him is in charge at this location.
Really happy with their food and service! We had a combo meal and boneless chicken wings. The portions were good enough for two people. Would recommend.
Luis doing curb side and take was excellent! Very patient, polite and informative. Your resturant should be proud to have him on staff. Great job Luis!
Man would be five stars but they don't do beef brisket anymore. Good service and nice staff, no issues otherwise good for lunch or dinner very clean and spaced out. Go...but not for brisket
