I like that a photo of the technician that was to perform our service was sent to me in a text when he was on his way. I had Zero Luangraj he was so polite and figured out my problem and even drove to Canton and got my part so he could fix my furnace same day because it was cold out. Ok would recommend him for anyone. Very sweet and generous man.id give him a 10 on a scale .he was wonderful.
Good, fast and professional. It would have been nice to have a breakdown of the costs and the labor instead of just the price. Furnace went out and had to get it running in these frigid temperature.
Technician Sero was completely and very thorough of the AC maintenance performed. I am completely satisfied.
Not only had best price/value of bids I received but Gordon offered solutions to issues he pointed out while others pointed them out and offered no solutions. Others just wanted to do install for more cost. The crew that was here was very thorough, courteousnand professional. They really did a nice job and I am very happy with my selection. I will also add the new blower much quieter and AC works so much better we have thermostat 2 degrees higher than old one.
