People there are so helpful and very nice. If you can't find something they'll find it for you. I bought my puppy chew sticks and she almost choked to death I had to put my finger down her throat and pull out a piece of it.i went back to pet supplies plus and told the young girl my story she cringed and said she had the perfect chew bone for my puppy it wont come off in pieces she was right. I love pet supplies plus.
I take my dogs there to give them a bath. The staff is great they make sure we have enough towels and everything. Great deal 25 dollars for 5 washes.
This location seems to struggle with keeping items in stock. From food to toys, the shelves and pegs are too often empty. Other PSP locations don't seem to have the same issue.nAs someone who WANTS to give you money for goods, it's frustrating.nAlso - the Fire Panel in the foyer has been beeping for months now. Just make a phone call and get it fixed.
I came here to use the dog washing station. The dog wash is sealed off where there is no air flow so everything is just wet with no chance to dry. They really need to just take the door off and that would help so much.nnThe actual bath was great aside that the oatmeal soap was diluted. I'm not sure the soap when you select 'clean' had much coming out, but I do love that feature.nnTL;DR version: no air flow, equipment is great, diluted soap. (Or a busy Saturday)nnThe actual store is fine, it's the exact same prices and quality you'd expect. My rating is for the dog wash, not the store itself.
Went in looking for a hermit crab. They have many supplies to care for and get a hermit crab enclosure started. They also have a nice selection of hermit crabs in small to large sizes.
