I went in to purchase shoe laces. Tried on a pair of shoes. Great fit. Walked out with a better fitting pair than I had. Sales associate was very helpful. All the other associates were very nice as well. I definitely will be back.
A absolute amazing experience these people were so patient he's so perfect the store closed at 6:00 we were there till 6:45 my wife and I when looked after and made sure we were completely happy before we left everyone was so professional it was almost like your own family was helping you out and I don't know any of these people if you're going to get work boots get them from here love the store
My husband and I went here for a pair of work boots. My husband had broken his foot and was just getting ready to go back. We explained this to the sales associate and she took her time making sure every aspect of his boots were correct for his needs. Not just non-slip or puncture resistant, but that the boots also fit around the broken area and had correct support. It was a wonderful experience and you leave feeling like they truly care about your needs.
Very responsive red wing associates as soon as you walk in the door. Great at recommending exactly what you need to be comfortable in your work boots. Will absolutely continue buying my footwear from this store!
Love it good quality stuff and they will maintain it they will even punch new holes in your belt as you get fitter
