This bank has fantastic customer service. Brittany went out of her way to notarize something that I needed very quickly. The lobby was closed, but I called and she let me in and was very nice and accommodating. In this age of poor customer service, I highly recommend this branch.

The staff is very attentive. You get prompt service to begin with. You get even faster service if you call first. I banked with US Bank since I was 18. I opened a business a couple years ago and they've been awesome.

This Has to be in one of the most unpleasant us banks I’ve dealt with. The people in this branch is so rude I’ve actually considered changing banks just because of this branch when people walk in to get their checks cashed or do regular banking on the normal they’re treated like criminals every time I bring a check to be cashed it feels like I’m being a interrogated I am actually afraid to go cash a check here To avoid all the interrogation

Brandyn Osso was very professional knowledgeable and took all the time needed to assist me even though it wasn't a money maker for the bank. I highly recommend her for your banking needs.
