I spoke with a member named, Julie. She was disrespectful and rude. I said I have a question she goes, “oooooooook?” In a laughing manner. I have better experience speaking with foreign people.... that’s sad..
Honestly if there was a 0 I would have given it but I am a long standing chase customer I do a ton of business with them and the way I was treated by tue dude with dreadlocks was dumb. I needed to set up a business account this guy said I needed an appointment and had no time to do it then went back to his desk and just sat there . I will never go back there agsin plus he was So rude
