I worked with Charlotte in the Medina branch for a home loan on a new purchase and she was absolutely wonderful. She really had an eye for detail and would contact me immediately with any questions on paperwork throughout the process. From the first time we spoke, I knew I was in good hands and that this deal would close on time. I will no doubt be recommending Third Federal going forward. Their rates were great, the closing costs were decent, and their service was really excellent!
I have never had any issues with this bank. Staff are friendly and efficient. What more can you ask for?
I would not recommend choosing Third Federal for a home loan. The people are nice, but their response times, follow up, accountability, follow through and general customer service are lacking. It seems as if they are understaffed to complete the work that needs to be done.
Never was treated so poorly in my life, like I was nothing from snooty women that worked there. Very much disappointed.
Always efficient service, friendly people, best bank in Medina.
