Hands down the best customer service. Even after the sale. If you're looking for an archery pro shop, this is the place. They will get you tuned to perfection. Five stars is not enough. Very highly recommend and will be returning for all my outdoor needs. Very top notch and professional establishment.

Tried to purchase a handgun and my license was expired salesman was very rude when telling me and when I explained that I purchased a handgun two weeks prior from Rural King in New Philadelphia with same expired I.D. Salesman said that “we can not except expired licenses” I called the Cleveland branch of ATF and explained it to them and their response was “yes because of COVID they can except a expired license until July” they did however say it was up to the SSL (business) if they wanted to except it or not.nnI didn’t mind being turned away I was just upset by the rude way the salesperson told me about it when I didn’t even realize it was a problem. His responses when I asked him the reasoning behind it was not very inviting to come back. Rural King in New Philadelphia will take an expired Driver’s License until July 2021 due to COVIDnSincerely,nBrock Yoder
