Always very friendly. Good reasonable pricing. Stock sometimes limited on ammo and other accessory products. That said, when I purchased my last gun, I couldn’t find anywhere else who had it but here and they were still the cheapest even if others had inventory. Small business owner—you usually deal with the owner. Definitely a place I will regularly return to.

Like many, I am a first time gun owner. I was somewhat nervous about walking into a gun shop not knowing the lingo or really anything about what I was looking for. That changed quickly once I walked into Firearms pro. I was comfortable asking about the budget friendly guns and did not feel pressured into anything outside of that. I was amazed at the variety of customers who came in while I was there, from obvious serious gun owners to new ones like myself, everyone was welcomed and assisted as if they were all friends. I left with a great gun in the price range I was looking for. I am honestly excited to go back when I am ready for another or any accessories I may want.

I came in with an unrelated item that needed repair but used similar bolts and screws as he would have for firearm repair. He was so willing to help me and i felt went above and beyond to find what was needed for my odd repair! He was also extremely helpful to everyone i saw who came in during that time. I was very impressed with this owner and the service he provides. Great individual, more can you ask for in a business owner. Thank you firearms pro!

EDIT: Original below. Went back in to show them the blemished receiver I got and the owner went above and beyond fixing the problem. Definitely not the fault of the store, turned out to be a lemon from the factory. I've gotten a lot of building advice from the owner whenever I've gone in. Always makes me feel right at home. He obviously knows a lot and comes across very friendly. _______________________________ Staff are friendly and know their stuff, it seems. Though, I got stung when buying a couple Aero lowers. One was obviously a blemish; there's a chunk of aluminum missing next to the trigger guard. I didn't look at the receiver before buying it, and it was obviously a blemish. Maybe my fault, but come on, advertise the blems as blems. Also was seriously marked up, but lack of supply made me buy.

This is the best gun store in the area by far! Brian is super awesome and always does his best to help anyone who comes in. He has the coolest stuff and is awesome at fixing guns. All of the other gun stores refer people to him because he's the best. People who are mad about wait times or paperwork are just ignorant as to how firearms processing goes. 10/10 Would recommend.
