I don't know why they're hating this bank... Great staff, great atmosphere. Always cool as a fridge in the summer, warm like an oven in the winter. I have no problems here, just great experiences.

Ever since they renovated they now only have 2 tellers.nAlways a wait, more than once have seen 8 to 10 people in line.nThe 3 girls that are the tellers are great. Not their fault management has abandon customer service.

Usually I go to the Stop & Shop locations for simple things, but my past two visits were more involved so I went to this branch. (Canceling one account then opening another, then changing my last name.) They're remodeling which is nice. It's a bank that wants your money and up-sells you every chance they can get, big surprise. I waited a while both visits, the first being the longest, but was taken care of though it took a while to do. The second time I needed to change my last name on the account and was helped by the manager. Oh boy did he try to up-sell me everything under the sun. It should have been a 5 minute thing but he dragged it on for a half hour going through every aspect of my financial life and trying to set up appointments. It was ridiculous and inconsiderate of my time.

I have never been so disappointed in a bank! I have had my business account with this bank for 13 years and I am thrilled to finally have closed all my accounts!nOverall bad customer service!
