Great customer service! They go the extra mile for their customers. They're busy but carefully and professionally address your financial needs.
This bank takes at least 30 minutes to help you the line is insane and always under staffed. They also move super slow litterally makes me want to switch banks I try to avoid at all costs going inside because of the Horrible waiting Times. I’m not the type to write bad reviews but I haven’t had one good experience in a year of banking with them. Rock land trust is SO much better.
Absolute worst bank experience ever. There’s always a line and never more than 1 teller. The actual close the drive up window because they don’t have enough staff. Someone from management needs to speak up for more man power.
Very nice people but totally lacking sufficient staff. While I do not walk in to a bank often, it is still an option and during open hours they need to have more tellers available
