The manager at this branch is a stand up individual and makes you feel valued as a customer.
The staff is very rude and they double charged me for one month on my loan instead of two months. I tried to resolve the issue and was met with disrespect and blame pushed off on me.
Over the top customer service. I love going to this bank. They make the experience very personal. Always call me by my name and treat me like a friend not a customer. I was with my last bank for 7 years, going in frequently and they never once called me by my name or looked happy to see me. MPCU is the complete opposite. The staff is totally awesome and I would highly recommend this bank to anyone looking to be more than just another customer.
