The Little Clinic

Got there right after they went to lunch. One other person there before me. Sat and waited, they came back from lunch and 4 people showed up that had not been waiting, were seen before the two of us who had waited patiently for over an hour. Had me use the public restroom and carry urine past the deli and other groceries, how this doesn't violate health codes is beyond me. Prescribed a medication that I tried to tell them I could not take due to another health issue, telling me it would be fine. I refused it, they prescribed another med that could not be taken with one of my current meds. Ignoring my request for what I knew I could take and worked in the past. I have had this health issue for 15 years, know what I can take and can't take. Would make so much more sense to just listen to patients rather than prescribe things that could harm them. Won't return to this place.

I showed up an hour and half before they closed and I was lucky I got there before the other last-minuters. I was seen immediately after signing in and told them I thought I was having an asthma attack ALL DAY. They immediately gave me a breathing treatment after hearing my lungs, wrote me a script for a steroid since I'm already on antibiotics and then wrote me a script for a rescue inhaler. I haven't had an attack in 8 years. I immediately felt a little better and have used the inhaler once since I left and I feel better than I have all week. The best part, I wasn't rushed either! I woke up panicking last night because I couldn't breathe and took a steamy shower and a sleep aid. My cough already sounds much better, my nose is no longer stuffy and I know I will actually sleep tonight. Thank you ladies!nn*Side note*nTHIS IS NOT AN EMERGENCY ROOM. If you're in that much pain or your kid is that sick, stop waiting until the last minute. Call your doctor or go to the ER. I came bc I honestly thought I was psyching myself out and it turns out, I wasn't. I should have not went to work. And I should've called my doctor YESTERDAY when my chest was tight. Please don't blame your lack of research, planning or inability to know your own body on nurses/doctors in a CLINIC. They have limited resources. These ladies could've saved my life for all I know.

Walk in appointment for a physical around 3:30pm, there was a 20 minute wait so I walked around the store and got a couple things. Came back filled out some paperwork and waited a maximum of 10 minutes for the appt ahead of me to finish. Appointment was quick and thorough, (and relatively cheap!) and staff was friendly.

I brought my daughter in for a visit due to her being ill. I typically have zero issues with the clinic. However I arrived to the clinic at roughly 8:40. There were 2 people ahead of me. Totally understandable that there was going to be a wait. I understand that this is a first come first serve basis so there are fluctuating times to wait. When we arrived and I signed into the kiosk stated that there was a 40 minute wait. Perfectly fine, again. I was told more than one time that we would be next after waiting OVER an hour and a half. Two hours later I went back up to the assistant and asked when it was going to be our turn because there were people walking in and they were taking them before my daughter. About 2 hours and fifteen minutes later they finally called us back up to have my insurance ran and fill out paperwork. There were some technical difficulties and I had to wait about 10 minutes longer due to these issues and to get my information processed. After we got through that process I was seated back in the waiting area for another 15 minutes. 3 HOURS we spent at this clinic for a 15 minute visit. My poor daughter was running a fever and ended up with a double ear infection. She was irritated and she wanted to go home. No other person there waited that long. I am still unhappy about it and I am not sure that we will ever return to the little clinics.

I scheduled an appt online and I was in and out quickly! The staff was kind, thorough and helpful!
