I should have loooked at the reviews before making an appointment....scheduled an appointment and went out of my way to make sure I was at home and they were a no show. No call , didn’t answer his phone or text. Not sure why I wasted my time as there are reputable tree companies on the south shore. They have a catchy name and cool sign but it’s all down hill from there, very unprofessional.
They came out cut down a tree that a phone down during the storm it was supposed to come back and take the stump out never came back never returned any calls never finished the service which was paid for and never even provided an invoice which was the question for the insurance company I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if it doesn't come back out and finish the job which is located at 615 Jerusalem Road you guys know who you are you have company you paid for it you got paid for a job never finished it come out and finish it or give me my money back or I'll file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
Saw their sign on my street so I decided to phone to get an estimate to remove a dead tree. The mailbox was full.nUltimately came by and gave me an estimate. Months have passed and phone calls to undertake the removal have never been returned.
