I love this new location for Fifth Third at Jungle Jim's it is a little inconvenient some hurts their last location that was located inside from the construction that's going on. It's very nice and very contemporary put lots of animals pictures that represent the jungle at Jungle Jim's it's really nice and nice quiet as can be right now.

Opened this account a year ago and haven't been happy since. They hold majority of my payroll checks, even the ones directly deposited in my account, for an extra 7 days. I've, currently, been waiting since April 9th for a payroll check over $2k to be released to me. I've never been overdrawn low on balance unless they do things like this. They don't have a sense of urgency and they never hold their word when they say they'll give you a call back. This will be my last month with this horrible bank. I'd reccomend banking with a credit union BEFORE considering 5/3 bank.
Went to this location on a Monday afternoon recently. Upon entering the branch location, I saw that there were no tellers sitting at the counter available to assist. After a moment, someone came out from the backroom and rather coldly took my deposit. Rather unfriendly and definitely not in any way prompt.
Very friendly staff! I come in for my job almost every day and the whole staff is so helpful and quick!
