I took my 2.5 year old to this location to get his flu shot yesterday. I cannot say enough good things about the NPs Kelby and Shannon who were working! They were SOOO great. For a child who usually screams during shots, he didn’t even flinch. Shannon distracted him and Kelby delivered the shot and rewarded him with a sucker! Thank you both for being so kind and wonderful with a toddler! Great experience!

In a Zoom appointment through The Little Clinic, I was advised to get a COVID-19 test for which the nurse made me an appointment for the next day. The following day, I was attempting to find the confirmation email for the test that had the details of the location and time for my upcoming appointment. After searching extensively and still not finding anything, I called the office of The Little Clinic through which I’d had my appointment and was actually able to speak with the nurse who scheduled the appointment for me. After doing some digging of her own, the nurse, remarkably, couldn’t find her own notes on our appointment, nor could she find the confirmation that she’d even made an appointment for me. Her suggestion on how to fix the problem she’d caused: start cold calling every Little Clinic in the Columbus area and see if I was on the scheduled appointments list. I was absolutely appalled at the lack of care and organization involved with this nurse. One of the receptionists was kindly able to find another appointment for me on the same day but I was floored at how unprofessional and truly unapologetic the nurse (who again, was the one who I had the zoom meeting with) was when it came to her bedside manner. I understand how difficult this time is for doctors, nurses, and other healthcare workers; but the whole situation was handled shockingly poorly and I have no plans to rely on The Little Clinic again.

We had our toddler daughter's adenoidectomy surgery scheduled Monday morning 7.30. As per surgeon's instruction as mandatory presurgical requirement our daught had a Covid-19 test done here on Thursday, 4 days before her surgery. We were told the test results will be received within 2-4 days. Monday morning and the results were not available. Usually in other locations around results are received within 24 hours. The surgeon agreed to wait until 10am and yet no Covid-19 results available. The surgery was canceled and had to be rescheduled. Enough to say that we are beyond frustrated. Briefly, if you need on time Covid-19 test results never go to this place. At this point I am not even sure about the quality of other services and tests offered at this location in general.

The receptionists seem to need more training, especially on their people skills.

Very bad experience. I went in with a sinus infection and was not given antibiotics. The CNP said they can not give antibiotics until you have had an infection for 10 days. Never heard of that. Now I will have to pay for another doctor visit. I know my body and I know it will not get better without an antibiotic. The caregivers should listen to their patients. Will not go there again.
