I now use this branch since the one on Bethel Rd closed. I use the Drive-thru and it is very quick. Typically there are 3 lanes open to speed things up. This is my favorite branch for basic transactions.

I went to Bank to deposit a cheque. Diana was super helpful. I was not aware about the PNC mobile app, I installed it and Diana helped me in depositing the cheque using the app. Very convenient and time saving.nnI really appreciate her help :)

PNC has the worst ATM Machines of any Bank. 1 out of 5 times you try to use a PNC ATM you'll will Not be able to complete your Transaction. Machine doesn't work half the time or unable to make cash deposit. Another good one is the check deposit reader. I deposited a $700.00 dollar check said i deposited $7.00..... I had to file a dispute to get my $693.00. For a bank that wants to go to a tellerless institution THEY should drastically improve your equipment!

I love coming to this PNC. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They like to actually converse with the customer and ask about his/her day.
