KeyBank is a scam. The customer service at this branch is atrocious to say at best. When you cant trust what is verbally coming from the leadership team it is a bad look. If you have been assured on multiple occasions that something would be honored then six months later they try and pull some type of arbitrary rules that is not disclosed to you at account opening. If you want your classic bait and switch banking institution they are great. If not to many other places to store your money that wont charge you a fee each month to store your money. I wish I could give them a zero

This branch on Henderson is very helpful with all my banking needs and loans. They staff is knowledgeable and kind. Nick is always available to help me with different products they offer . If you are in need of banking or loans this is the place to go.
