My only experience here is with Jennifer, but she was fantastic. Super helpful and just was great at customer service, absolutely made my day In just the 15 minute interaction with her.

This place has very poor customer service. I been dealing with a claim since January 2020 which was settled to my knowledge until they let the consumer come back in my bank and withdrawal again from the claim. I take my information in over a week ago to be told I be contacted by the following Thursday per Jennifer. That was never done so I go to the bank Friday to say the branch manager Carrie would call me by the end of day, which never happened. Call this morning speak with Chad and he tells me the bank is swamped that is why she didn’t call and was beyond rude. For one did you forget I am the customer and be dealing with this since January. I have invested over 5 hours with being on hold running back to the bank. So who is going to compensate me for my time invested CHASE BANK? Chad tells me today it will now be 5-7 business days for me to hear something. This bank does not care about their customers and probably needs to clean house find a staff that appreciates working and serving their customers with no attitude or as they don’t like they job. I am beyond disappointed with Chase and to be told I can not get a number to go over they head today by Chad let me know what type of bank Chase really is. I am now on hold again trying to resolve this issue. This is beyond pitiful for a bank.

Please take pictures on your phone for your transactions. Chase is now changing transaction dates and overcharging their clients and causing it to go in overdraft. I noticed a weird trend and starting tracking my money. I have caught them red handed 3 times of them changing the dates on transactions and double charging their clients. Keep your receipts, take screen pictures of your balance on your accounts. They are doing it because they think no one is paying attention. I have all my proof and that I have sent to 10tv eye witness news of the fraudulent activities chase is not doing to the customers.

Chase is changing transaction dates and over charging their customers. Then they will put your account in negative and wants you to pay overdraft fees. This bank needs to be taken to the media and exposed for what they really FRAUDULENT ud83dude21 please track your transactions and pay very close attention on the dates and your balance.
