Our party of five ordered one chili three burgers and a BLT. The chili had to be sent back twice because it was cold and the bacon in the BLT was not cooked. We told the waitress who sent over the manager who told us that the bacon was cooked but she would show the chef offered us another sandwich but we declined. When we got the bill the waitress said that we were only charged for the fries that came with the BLT which I thought was ridiculous because a BLT came with the fries anyway.Never again

My table ordered both the BBQ/Thai wings and them things were slammin. The Crispy Chicken Sammich is banging. My girl said her bacon cheddar burger was delicious too. Drinks were def on point. Server is consistent and ensured we were good togo on every item. Just only wished they had more items on the menu for the 5th star. Would def revisit if I were to go back to Empire Casino. Renamed it “The Pub”

I had a party of 10. The waiter, Frank did his best but he had other tables to attend to. The place w not full. The manager could have helped more, instead of hiding in the back. My husband n my salad w wilted n burgers were tasteless. My friends liked their pasta n blackened chicken. They w to charge me extra if they cut the cake. Rules were superficial. Was charged double on the bottles of wine, so check your bill. The waiters n bartender worked their best. I think they need a new manager w more enthusiasm.

Not the Greeter's fault but the seating policy sucks. They rotate where they seat customers based on where the last customer(s) was seated. Hey Dan Rooney corporate...the customer is paying. The customer sits where the customer wants to sit. If you pay, then you can decide where we sit. Otherwise, it's not your option to decide. The customer is always right when it comes to where they want to sit. I'm sure when any employee from the top to the bottom goes to a restaurant, they want to sit where they want to sit. What makes us any different than anyone else?
