One of the best banks I have ever dealt with. Everyone in the bank is more than willing to help; very friendly and makes the customer feel as thought he or she are the most important customer at the moment.nThe Ontario branch is the best.
Not happy with my experience here. Started a new construction loan, it's been one hurdle after another. Building was the easy part, banking was the pain. I would recommend a different bank like Canandaigua National or something. I would give negative 2 stars if it were possible. They misinformed me about rate locks and then refused to do anything about it.
