Salem Tavern

We were so excited to call this our neighborhood bar. The food looked so dang good until we tasted it. The people were sad, the food was sad, and there were only 3 beers on draft... What a true let-down.

Horrible meal. Over cook fries. Burgers burnt. Only good thing was the garlic parm wings.

Bar food was bad even for bar food. Hot wings weren't even hot. Clearly wasn't looking for any new business. If you aren't a good ol boy I'd avoid like the plague.

I had clam chowder everywhere in Boston, Salem, Plymouth, and stops along the way in the search for the best clam chowder. I found it at this tavern.
