Middle Island Pets

Wanted to set up a fish tank & a friend told me to go to Middle Island Pets. They were great! I got everything I needed, including healthy fish. Everyone who works there is so nice & helpful. Very honest company! Can't wait to buy more plants & fish in the future. Highly recommend.

My experience with this pet store is very positive. The owner really cares about his customers. His in site and knowledge about animals and fish is exceptional

Edit: The owner had apologized for having the wrong hours listed on google and called back to help me which was super nice of them. Because the hours on google were wrong, the times I stopped there and thought no one was there was due to them not being open yet.nnI’ve stopped by there business twice during their listed business hours and they’ve been closed. I have tried calling them multiple times to see if they are there so I don’t drive and waste my gas to see that they’re closed and to see if they have a certain item I’m looking for and no one & I mean no one, ever answers the phone. How are supposed to run a business if you never answer and then are just randomly closed on days when it says on google that you are open.

Absolutely the best place to get a new addition to your family!! They really care about you having the best experience, and your pets being happy. When it was 11pm and i was worried about my guinea pigs, and the store was closed; they answered in 3min to my text!!! I have never had that happen, and im so very grateful! Thank you middle island pets for my new family members, and being apart of the whole experience. Im so grateful

Came to get my first aquarium set up and couldn’t have chosen a better spot. The owner was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he didn’t try to oversell me on any product. Any questions he was more than willing to answer truthfully and never made any question feel like a dumb one. If anything he tries to help you save money and get the best possible set up. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone interested in checking it out.
