The management at this branch is the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I will never open an account at this bank
Went to make a deposit at this bank on Monday (columbus day) and they were closed (TD Bank was open as fyi). Thus made a mobil deposit through the app which they push every time you are in the branch. Found out this morning that they put a 10 Day hold on this deposit and when I went in to discuss they say there is nothing they can do - even though I know had the check in my hand! It's hard to do business with these guys - go anywhere else!nn** update - it gets worse: this check redeemed the other bank acct. the next day yet still a 10 day hold. now on hold with customer service and the wait time is greater than 30 minutes. not sure why anyone would bank with this institution.
They should answer their phone.
Staff isn’t helpful at all, very rude. This bank also closes way too early, 4pm on a weekday when most people are still at work...
Manager and every employee here Was extremely rude to my wife, and me. She gave us a really nasty attitude, treated me like I'm trash, and would not help us with a simple transaction. Don't go to this location unless you want to me disrespected.
