Pet Supplies Plus Rome

I brought my dogs here for a bath and one dog was fine no issues but my other dog on the other hand came out with a tint of yellow stain all over his back end and legs. The groomer handed me both their leashes and didn’t make one comment about it and you could clearly see it. I was very disappointed and will never be bringing my pets back here to be groomed.

Yesterday morning was my first time at this location... I normally don't get to Rome and I usually go to the New Hartford store.... not sure why there are negative reviews for this location as the two female employees working there were both friendly and helpful. The lady working in the aisle even offered to contact the New Hartford store to see if they had the type of canned dog food I was looking for..the store it self was clean, well lit and well stocked. I will be going back to this location... the next time I am in Rome NY.
