Took a chance during a return trip to Albany. Made a reservation but gave up my table to a group who would have been turned away. Was warmly welcomed at the bar. Enjoyed great company and service by bartender and owner as well as really delicious food. Very welcoming place with wonderful food.

Really nice place to relax and enjoy some great food. The staff is great. Its a little hard to find, but if your staying at the Hampton Inn in Rome NY it a short walk down the street and well worth the walk. Owner is usually on-site overlooking things.

Food was over done and there was fruit flys flying around me well I was eating

I would recommend going to CPJS to anyone it is a relaxing and friendly atmosphere the people working there are friendly and the food and drinks are great if you don't believe me check it out
