Applebee's Grill + Bar

We had an excellent evening, the meal was exact to order and our server Erin was amazing! While giving us excellent service she was also dealing with a very difficult group. They were unnecessarily problematic! She handled it with grace and didnt let it effect how she treated her other patrons! You all have really stepped up your game lately, thank you!

Ordered curbside. My husband ordered the 8 ounce steak with fries and garlic mashed potatoes. The potatoes were too salty, so thrown out. The fries were cold, he didn't eat. The chicken wanton tacos were hardly filled like they have been before. The fries with a children's meal were cold also. Very disappointed.

Ordered Curb side pick up yesterday and I had spinach artichoke dip appetizer which was wonderful; and the FOUR CHEESE MAC & CHEESE WITH HONEY PEPPER CHICKEN TENDERS, the chicken tenders were well seasoned and tasteful. The breadstick was well...its gone down hill from what they use to be. The four cheese mac and cheese was good but there was hardly any cheese sauce on it, and I mixed it up well at home. Recent gastric by pass so I can only eat a half cup to 2/3 cup food at a serving. Today heated up a small portion for lunch and the pasta was so dry from lack of sauce that I had to throw the remainder of the dish out !! So by time I did pick up tax and tip I was out 20.00. Needless to say I will NEVER order curbside again. In house I could at least ask for extra sauce. I would think that the quality of food I've always had and accustomed to and for that price they wouldn't of been stingy on the sauce. Very disappointed, was one of my favorite place in Rome.

The curbside staff is so friendly. That's why I always give them a nice tip!

My son wanted to go to Applebee's after playing paintball because it was his birthday. We walked in and the hostesses were great. When our waiter finally came out I told him that is was my son's birthday. He said, Oh ok I will bring him out something at the end and we all can sing to him.nOne plate of our order was brought out 15 minutes before everyone else's plates were brought out. Towards the end we never saw our waiter again until he brought me the bill. And we waited for 10 minutes for him to come back and never did. Needless to say we won't be back!
